MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION Anyone can become a member of ASPIE and we encourage you to join! Membership includes: ■Monthly support group meetings ■Speakers and AS materials at each meeting ■Quarterly newsletter ■Parent Partners-veteran parents available by phone to answer questions and offer support ■Parent Packets-a resource guide to AS-connected service providers in the Houston area ■Notification of AS-related conferences and other events ■Parent-Professional networking Annual membership dues will be used in a variety of meaningful ways: ■Scholarships for students with Asperger's Syndrome ■Stipends for teacher training ■Training seminars with leading professionals in the field of Asperger's Syndrome ■Parent resource packets ■Lending library ■Website maintenance with up-to-date information ■Resource materials/handouts at meetings ■Social gatherings
